How does the matching and hiring process work?

We handle all the legwork! First, we interview and hire top-tier VAs. Then, we pair you with 1-2 candidates who best match your needs. You’ll join us to interview them and choose the perfect fit. Once selected, you pick a subscription plan (20 or 40 hours/week), and we manage contracts, payments, and hours. It’s seamless, ensuring alignment with your culture and goals from day one.

What are your pricing options?

We offer flexible monthly subscriptions tailored to your needs:

• Vital Vision: 40 hours/week for $1,297/month – Ideal for full-time support to scale big.
• Venture Vision: 20 hours/week for $749/month – Perfect for growing businesses needing consistent help.

Your subscription covers the VA’s salary—we pay them directly, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. You can add extra incentives if you’d like!

Is there a long-term commitment or contract required?

No rigid long-term commitments or non-competes here! Our model is flexible and month-to-month, so you can scale up or down as your business evolves. We focus on building lasting partnerships through value, not lock-ins, giving you the freedom to grow smarter, not harder.

How do you ensure ongoing support and success for both sides?

We go beyond hiring with monthly Visionary calls (for business owners) and VA training calls (recorded and open to you too). These check-ins share wins, best practices, and resources to keep everything thriving. Plus, we’re available 24/7 for dedicated support, including guidance if a VA needs to upskill—we connect them with proficient team members for quick proficiency boosts.

What if I’m not satisfied with my VA?

We prioritize fit and success! If things aren’t clicking, we’ll work closely with you during monthly check-ins to address issues or rematch you with another VA at no extra cost. Our goal is your confidence and relief, so we’re committed to making it right.
